ECL Entertainment blocks unauthorized AI tools to protect company data, customer information, and maintain regulatory compliance.

- Many free AI services store and analyze your inputs

Have a Legitimate Business Need?
If you need access to Claude AI or another AI tool not currently available to you, submit a request for IT Security review. Claude AI is pre-approved — just submit a ticket to get access enabled.
Your request will be evaluated based on:
- Business justification and necessity
- Security and compliance assessment of the AI tool
- Data handling and privacy policies
- Whether approved alternatives (Microsoft Copilot) can meet the need
- Cost and licensing considerations
- Department head approval
What to include in your request:
- Specific AI tool name and URL
- Detailed business justification
- Why Microsoft Copilot cannot meet this need
- Type of data you plan to use with the tool
- Frequency of use (daily, weekly, occasional)
- Department and manager approval
